This program is free for those with a Bladder Cancer diagnosis of any stage and at any time.
Email Rob.Rutledge@nshealth.ca with your name. Let him know you have been given a bladder diagnosis (any stage, at any time).
You will receive a link to a required survey. Complete this first to unlock your introductory email and six educational videos.
You’ll receive a daily email for six months starting on a Sunday of your choice.
At the end of the program, you will fill in a final survey to celebrate your progress and resilience.
